The judgment of the Circuit Court of Benton County of conviction of Clint Moffitt of conspiracy to commit voter fraud and sentence of five years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections, with the first two years to serve in an MDOC facility and the third year under house arrest, with two years of post-release supervision, and to pay a $5,000 fine, is affirmed.
