The Humphreys County Circuit Court's judgment of Bessie Stewart's guilt of simple assault on a law enforcement officer acting within the scope of his duty and its sentence to serve a term of one year suspended but placed on supervised probation for one year, to pay a fine of $500 are affirmed.
