Pilot Program for Rankin County Chancery Court, 20th Chancery Judicial District of the State of Mississippi, In Re: Rankin Chancery Court; Ruling Judge: Thomas Zebert; Disposition: Petition for FOCIS on Children in Separation filed by Hon. Thomas L. Zebert, Chancellor of the Chancery Court of Rankin County and joined by Hon. John S. Grant, III, Chancellor also of the Chancery Court of Rankin County is granted. The Focus on Children in Separation Program, originally authorized as a pilot project by order of this Court issued October 14, 1999, is approved on a continuing basis beyond the expiration date set forth in that order, for application in the Chancery Court of Rankin County, Mississippi, Place One, as a mandatory program and for application in the Chancery Court of Rankin County, Mississippi, Place Two, as may be directed by the chancellor on a case by case basis where the litigants believe that such a program will be beneficial. Otherwise, the program will continue upon the terms set forth in the Court's order issued October 14, 1999. McRae, P.J., would deny. Order entered.
