The sentences in both counts are to be served concurrently, with the Appellant to register as a sex-offender with the Mississippi Department of Public Safety within three days of release from custody. Appellant shall also pay all court costs and assessments. Sentence in this cause shall run consecutively to any sentence previously imposed. Webster County taxed with costs of appeal.
