Disposition: This matter has come before the Court, en banc, for consideration of proposed revisions of the Mississippi Code of Judicial Conduct and related revisions to the Rules of Civil Procedure, Rules of Appellate Procedure, Rules of Circuit and County Court Practice, Rules of Chancery Court Practice and Rules of the Commission on Judicial Performance. After duly considering the proposals, revisions have been approved by the Court as set forth in Exhibits "A" through "E" hereto. The Court has determined that such revisions and amendments should be submitted to the Conference of Circuit Court Judges, the Conference of Chancery Court Judges and the Conference of County Court Judges for review and response. Such responses shall be filed with the Clerk of the Supreme Court on or before March 25, 2002. Order entered.
