Local Rules, In Re: Disposition: Petition of Hon. H. David Clark, II, Chancellor of the Second Chancery Court District, seeking approval under M.R.C.P. 83 of the revised and amended local rules for the Second Chancery Court District adopted by order issued by him on November 30, 2001, is granted. The proposed revised and amended local rules for the Second Chancery Court District are approved as set out in Exhibit "A" to this order. Such rules shall supercede and replace the existing local rules of the Second Chancery Court District. The Clerk of this Court shall spread this order upon the minutes of the Court and shall forward a true certified copy hereof to West Publishing Company for publication in the next edition of the Mississippi Rules of Court and in the Southern Reporter, Second Series, (Mississippi Edition).
