Mississippi Commission on Judicial Performance v. H. Gerald Hosemann Disposition: On the Court's own motion and on the Findings of Fact and Recommendation for Interim Suspension filed by the Mississippi Commission on Judicial Performance, Judge H. Gerald Hosemann is hereby suspended with pay from any further duties as Warren County Court Judge until further order of this Court. The Clerk of the Supreme Court shall send by certified mail a copy of this order to Judge Hosemann, to the Circuit Clerk of Warren County, and to the Warren County Board of Supervisors. In due course this Court will appoint an interim judge to replace Judge Hosemann. McRae, P.J., Diaz, Easley and Graves, JJ., object to the order believing that it is premature absent exigent circumstances and would await briefing as provided in Rule 10(D) of the Rules of the Commission on Judicial Performance. Order entered.
