Disposition: Conviction of Exploitation of a Child and Sentence of Twelve (12) Years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections, with Five (5) Years suspended, and Seven (7) Years to serve, and Five (5) Years probation, with conditions, Affirmed. Appellant shall pay a probation supervision fee in the amount of $55 per month. Within Thirty (30) days of release, the Appellant shall pay a fine of $50,000 with $45,000 suspended, $1,000 to the Children's Trust Fund, Court costs in the amount of $420.50, $10 to the VBF, and an appearance bond of $500.
