The order in this matter filed on April 18, 2002 is hereby superceded and vacated. The Clerk of this Court shall spread this order on the minutes of this Court and it shall be submitted to West Publishing Company for publication in the Southern Reporter (Mississippi Edition) and in the Mississippi Rules of Court. The order which is amended and superceded hereby, however, shall not be published. Easley, J., not participating. Amended Order entered.

Local Rules, In Re: Disposition: On Court's own motion, the order of this Court issued in this matter is hereby amended and superceded by this order, and the proposed revised and amended local rules for the Second Chancery Court District, set out in Chancellor H. David Clark II's order issued by him on November 30, 2001, are approved, as set out in Exhibit "A" attached to this order. Such rules shall supercede and replace the existing local rules of the Second Chancery Court District. The Clerk of this Court shall spread this order upon the minutes of the Court and shall forward a true certified copy hereof to West Publishing Company for publication in the Southern Reporter, Second Series, (Mississippi Edition). The order which is amended and superceded hereby, however, shall not be published. Amended Order entered.
