In Re: Local Rules; Disposition: Motion of Honorable Glenn Barlow, Senior Chancellor of the Sixteenth Chancery Court District, seeking an additional ninety days in which to file proposed local rules to accommodate compliance with newly adopted Rule 1.06 of the Uniform Chancery Court Rules regarding random assignment of cases in the trial courts, is granted and the time allowed for filing proposed new rules is extended through October 16, 2003. During such period, and if proposed new rules are presented for approval within such time, until the Supreme Court rules on the proposed new rules, the Chancery Courts of the Sixteenth Chancery Court District shall continue assigning cases in the manner presently employed.
