Kirk and I. B. Logistics, Inc., and the response and reply, this Court vacates the trial court's July 21, 2021, Order Denying Defendants' Motion to Reduce Amount of Supersedeas Bond on Appeal and, in view of M.R.A.P. 8(b)(1), remands this matter to the trial court, which shall allow the defendants an opportunity to show good cause, if any they can, why a supersedeas bond in an amount less than 125 percent of the amount of the judgment appealed from should be allowed by the trial court in the exercise of its discretion. Upon the trial court's entering its order respecting the amount of a supersedeas bond, this Court's stay of the execution of judgment in this case by order dated August 10, 2021, shall be of no further force or effect.
