Should the Tribunal, with agreement of the parties, decide that it is proper to dispose of this matter informally or with a sanction less than a public reprimand, it may dismiss the formal complaint. The Tribunal may direct that such informal disposition which is not a matter of record in this Court be held confidential. In the event that the Court is notified of such action and closing of the file in this Court is requested, the Court will then consider the request.
