In Re: Commission on Children's Justice; Disposition: The en banc Supreme Court makes the following needed changes in the membership of the Commission. The office title and agency title for existing Commission member David A. Chandler, Ph.D., Commissioner of Child Protective Services, Mississippi Department of Child Protective Services, are updated as stated in the order handed down this date. Lyndsy Irwin, Mississippi Department of Human Services, Child Support Division, is appointed as an additional member of the Commission, and his term expires on September 25, 2018, unless terminated sooner by resignation or further order of this Court. Craig Robertson, Co-Founder of 200 Million Flowers, is appointed as an additional member of the Commission, and his term expires on September 25, 2018, unless terminated sooner by resignation or further order of this Court. Dr. Scott Benton of the University of Mississippi Medical Center is appointed as a member of the Commission succeeding Dr. John Pruett who has moved out of state, and Dr. Benton's term expires on September 25, 2018, unless terminated sooner by resignation or further order of this Court. The Clerk of the Supreme Court shall spread this order upon the minutes of the Court and forward a copy of this order to all members of the Commission. Order entered 10/04/16.
