Code of Judicial Conduct, In Re: Disposition: By Order entered October 25, 2001, this Court issued a Proposed Code of Judicial Conduct and invited all persons or organizations desiring to make comments or other suggestions to do so by December 10, 2001. The Court has now determined that the period for submitting comments and suggestions on the Proposed Code of Judicial Conduct should be and is hereby extended to January 7, 2002. Comments and suggestions should be submitted to the Clerk of the Court with an original and ten copies. McRae, P.J., dissents. Order entered.
