The Clerk of this Court shall serve a copy of this order on the attorneys of record, as well as on the Office of the Attorney General. If the Attorney General chooses to file a brief, it shall be due within 30 days of the service of Elisha's supplemental brief and shall not exceed 25 pages. Lamar, J., Disagrees. Order entered.
