The Information Technology department will occasionally offer online training courses to assist new and current users in understanding the procedures used in MYCIDS. Topics will cover all areas and will be specific to the user’s job description.
DHS Family and Children Services - This session covers the areas that apply to Social Workers that do not perform intake functions. These include but are not limited to case searches, document retrieval, scheduler and inbox functions. (6 sessions)
