Kevin Lackey called the meeting of the Task Force on Local Government Information Systems to order at 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday, September 30, 2003.
The minutes of the previous meeting were discussed. A motion was made by Cille Litchfield and seconded by Charles Chisholm to approve those minutes.
Cheryl Crawford reviewed the minutes from the Survey Sub-committee. Kevin added Heritage responded with more information and he would continue to contact the other vendors for information.
The proposed report was discussed and changes in wording, as well as some additions, were made. Kevin will note the changes and update survey information in the report. Once the report is complete Kevin will distribute via email to the members for review.
The next Task Force meeting was not scheduled. After the final draft of the report is distributed, Kevin will call a meeting, if necessary.
The meeting was adjourned at 2:45 p.m.
