State Intervention Courts Advisory Committee The State Intervention Courts Advisory Committee was created by Mississippi Code Section 9-23-9 in 2003. The Advisory Committee was established to develop and periodically update proposed statewide evaluation plans and models for monitoring all critical aspects of intervention courts, make recommendations for improvements to intervention court policies and procedures, and act as arbiter of disputes arising out of the operation of intervention courts.
The Advisory Committee is chaired by Greg Snowden, AOC Director.
