MS Rules of Civil Procedure Revision Project

The Supreme Court’s Rules Committee on Civil Practice and Procedure is conducting a comprehensive review of the Mississippi Rules of Civil Procedure. The Committee invites attorneys and judges to submit proposed revisions.

Proposals must be mailed to the Committee at Post Office Box 249, Jackson, Mississippi 39205, by December 31, 2015. Proposals will be scanned and posted below as they are received.
